Abstract

正常人에 있어서 下顎骨의 位置關係 및 變位를 計測하고 模型上에서 咬合을 分析하여 顎
關節機能異常時豫想되는 關節內障害로 因해 招來될 수 있는 程度를 評價하기 爲해, 朝鮮
大學校齒科大學에 在學中인 學生으로 正常咬合을 지니고 齒牙缺損이 없으며, 廣範圍한 保
存 및 補綴治療를 받지 않은 者로써 顎關節部位에 疾患이나 顎機能障害가 없는 對象으로
男子 53:9, 女子 51名을 選擇하여 Cephalometric Postero-Anterior view 및 模型을 利用하여
旌賞人에 있어서 非對稱의 量을 計測分析한 結果, 다음과 같은 結論을 얻었다.
1. Cephalometric P A view 및 模型上에서 計測의 結果左右側의 非對稱樣은 少間의 差
異는 있었으나 微細하였으며 基하지는 않았다.
2. 蝶番軸과 General Tubercle을 이은 선의 左右側計測値는 男子에서 左側의 平均距離는
127.20±6.06㎜이고, 左側의 平均距離가 119.32±5.807㎜이고, 左側은 118.2±5.35㎜이었다.
蝶番軸과 General Tubercle이 있는 線이루는 平均角度는 男子에서 左側이 48.48±3.53°이
고, 左側의 平均角度는 49.58±3.72°였으며 女子에서는 左側의 平均角度가 48.06±2.15이고,
右側의 平均角度는 48.17±2.31°이었다.
3. 模型上에서 X-bar에 對한 左·右側犬齒와 第1大臼齒의 差異는 男子에서 0.70±0.59㎜,
0.98±0.75㎜였으며, 女子에서는 0.64±0.52㎜, 0.92±0 76㎜이었다.

This study was made to analyze the positional relationship of mandible to hinge axis
in normal subject as the diagnostic criteria of T.M.J. dysfunction. The author has
conducted the study using the Cephalometric P-A view, and dental of 53 males and 51
females. By measurement, the standard value of cranio-facial and occlusal asymmetry in
normal subject obtained.
The following results were obtained :
1. Although the degree of the difference between right and left width in each
measured line was small, asymmetry in normal subject could be identified.
2. In male, measurement between genial tubercle and hinge axis is 127.20±6.06㎜ in
left 125.83±6.25㎜ in right, and angle between genial tubercle and hinge axis is 48.48±
3.53° in left, 49.58±3.72° in right.
In female, measurement is 119.32±5.81㎜ in left, 118.82±5.35㎜ in right and angle is
48.06±2.15° in left, 48.17±2.31° in left, 48.17±2.31° to in right.
3. In male, difference between left and right canine cusp tip of maxilla about X-bar is
0.70±0.59㎜, and that of central pit of first molar of maxilla is 0.98±0.75㎜.
In female, difference is 0.64±0,52㎜ in canine and 0.92±0.76㎜ in molar
